David DixonA JOINT venture between two Peterborough companies is offering specialist support to businesses in the area.

HR experts Personnel Matters has teamed up with management consultants Bradbury Associates (Peterborough) Ltd to provide “an experienced consultancy service focusing on human resources and organisational redevelopment”.

David Dixon (above), one of the consultancy’s principals, described the joint venture as a “positive coalition” and said, “Our new focus comes at a timely moment, coinciding with the forming of a new government. We are all faced with challenging and difficult times ahead and many organisations will need to restructure just to survive, whilst others will want to seize the opportunity to improve their performance by becoming ‘lean and keen’.

“Our clients range from vibrant subsidiaries of established multinational corporations to growing SMEs and we have the expertise to make a significant contribution to ensure our clients manage change effectively and secure a better future.”

Helen JohnsHelen Johns (left), principal of Bradbury Associates (Peterborough) Ltd, said, “It is change, inevitable change, continuing change that has been and will be the dominant factor in all businesses.

“Change can and should be an enlightening time for an organisation, but it can also be difficult to know where to start. Our aim is to facilitate businesses to drive change in their own organisations, whilst benefiting from and utilising our knowledge and experience.”
