PETERBOROUGH-based BusinessWatch UK Security Services Limited and Norwich based GSL Dardan Ltd have agreed to merge their guarding and patrol operations in a deal that will see the new business employ in excess of 100 personnel with a turnover of £2.5 million.

To effect the merger, BusinessWatch UK Security Services will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of GSL Dardan Limited but will be run independently from its Peterborough base by the established BusinessWatch management team.

This merger will allow both companies to capitalise on the recent growth and success they have experienced and use the opportunity as a platform for further growth and consolidation going forward.
