PROPERTY consultancy Carter Jonas, whose commercial agency and professional services in the eastern region are jointly headed by partners Ben Oughton and Will Mooney, has announced the opening of a commercial flagship office in London’s Mayfair.

The firm has acquired new office space in Berger House in Berkeley Square in order to support the growth of its regional commercial operations, like those locally in Peterborough, as well as to strengthen the presence it has in central London through its five residential offices.

In addition, next month (March) sees the launch of a new Carter Jonas planning and development division.

Currently, Carter Jonas’s planning and development expertise sits within the residential division but the launching of a stand-alone division marks a move in line with the consultancy’s strategy to offer a more comprehensive commercial property service across the UK and in London.

Carter Jonas believes the formation of the new division and the opening of a new central London office dedicated to commercial property agency and services will enhance the firm’s offering in the eastern region:
