Cambourne to host Brexit advice events

CAMBRIDESHIRE and Peterborough Combined Authority is delivering two free to attend Brexit advice workshops in South Cambridgeshire via its newly created Brexit4Business advisory service.

The workshops will be held at South Cambridgeshire Hall on Cambourne Business Park on Tuesday 11 February.

Each of the workshops will cover a key topic that may affect your business and your workforce; import/export and settlement for EU workers.

The Import and Export Workshop will take place 09.30-12.30, Tuesday 11 February. The EU Settlement Workshop is from 13.30-16.30, Tuesday 11 February.

Senior business advisor at Brexit4Business Rich Olsen said: “Our Brexit workshops aim to give you an in-depth insight into how you and your business can prepare for Britain leaving the EU.

“Each event will provide a comprehensive look into the chosen topic, explaining current legislation, the potential impact Brexit will have and what steps businesses should take to prepare. The events take the form of workshop sessions, offering attendees the chance to develop their own knowledge and get answers to their questions.”
