FUSION Contact Centre Services, part of major city employer the BGL Group, has appointed a new Contact Centre manager. Kate Lampett joins Fusion from the Royal Bank of Scotland where she held various roles over eight years; most recently as Contact Centre manager for Churchill Insurance.

Ormiston Bushfield becomes first UK Academy to achieve SSAT quality mark in two subject areas

Peterborough video production company releases first 2012 film

NORTHLIGHT Media, the Peterborough video production company, has just finished its first 2012 project. The six-minute film was produced over three days for Cross Keys Homes and was commissioned by the housing association to help promote its successful Shared Ownership scheme.
