FA Cup 2nd round – Peterborough United v Luton Town

ENGINEERING group Hayward Tyler will be a winner whatever happens on 6 December when the Posh meet the Hatters (Luton Town) in the second round of the FA Cup.

In November 2015 Luton-based Hayward Tyler, acquired the historic Peterborough-based engineering business of Peter Brotherhood which designs and manufactures steam compressors and turbo generators.

Hayward Tyler established itself in Luton in the 1870s, the same decade as the first FA Cup finals were held, the first being in 1872. 1872 was also the year Peter Brotherhood patented the high speed radial steam engine.
