AWARD-winning estate agency Connells has announced the appointment of Neill Henderson as area partner for Peterborough, Lincolnshire and East Northamptonshire.

Mr Henderson spent two years as mortgage services development partner at Connells in Milton Keynes, before moving to oversee regional activity across the three regions in his new role.

He said, “I am delighted at becoming Area Partner for Peterborough, Lincs and East Northants, especially at such an exciting time in the local housing market. We had an especially strong end to 2012 with houses being sold right up until Christmas and we are already experiencing an upturn in activity this year following the holidays.”

Having previously worked in a variety of positions in estate agency, mortgage services and banking, Mr Henderson brings a wealth of knowledge and a well-rounded background to his latest appointment, according to Connells.
