Advantage Healthcare takes on two new consultants

THE Peterborough branch of Advantage Healthcare has welcomed two new consultants to its office based on Peterborough Business Park.The requirement for additional office staff has come following the branch’s continued growth and development throughout 2010, creating opportunities for a Branch Consultant and RN (Registered Nurse) Consultant to support the existing team.
Emma Aschettino joins the team as Branch Consultant, maintaining and developing the supply of nurses, carers and support workers to Peterborough’s establishment and NHS clients. Emma previously worked as a senior residential support worker for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties in a residential setting. She has also gained an NVQ3 in Health and Social Care.
Anne Riches also joins the team as RN consultant, supporting the team with RN compliance, care planning, interviewing nurses and providing general clinical expertise to the team. Anne has experience working as a senior nurse advisor in primary and secondary care. Her specialty as a RN is in mental health and drug and alcohol counselling.
Lee Ayres, branch manager for Peterborough said, ”It is a really exciting time for the Peterborough branch and it is great to see the team expanding and new roles being introduced. With the current branch staff intake I believe 2011 will be a good year”.
