WITH an increasingly complex rural business scene, collaboration is the name of the game for those with interests in the sector, according to property consultancy Carter Jonas which is gearing-up for an autumn season of networking events with a number of other key players on the rural scene.
The series begins on the 6th of September, with one of the region’s leading law firm Hewitsons and will focus on topical agricultural law developments, renewable energy promotion including the opportunities for biomass under the Government’s Rural Heat Incentive (RHI) scheme and planning and development issues across all property sectors, including rural.
Later that month sees the roll-out of an the main autumn programme with a range of professional business services from across the region including farm and rural business consultants, chartered accountants and specialist rural business advisers and solicitors.
The autumn programme builds on successful collaborations earlier in the year with peers on the Peterborough business scene who have, like Carter Jonas, a client base which is strong in the rural sector.
