HANNAH Thomas (left) has joined Peterborough-based public relations and marketing consultancy Smye Holland Associates as junior account executive.

Ms Thomas recently graduated at the University of Birmingham, where she studied English. She also undertook work placements for local PR companies to gain experience of the industry. In her new position, Ms Thomas will assist Smye Holland Associates’ account executives in delivering media relations support to clients in the social housing, construction, waste management and engineering sectors, across a broad spectrum of trade and technical media.

Commenting on her appointment, Ms Thomas said, “I am delighted to have been given the opportunity of joining the highly capable and motivated team at Smye Holland Associates as a way of beginning my career in the PR industry.”
