TWO key members of staff at Beacon Financial have retired.

Gerry Button and Patricia Kelly both announced their retirement at the end of 2010.

Gerry Button spent 25 years working for Barclays Bank before joining Beacon in 2005 as an independent financial adviser.

Patricia Kelly, joined the company in April 2003 as their secretary initially for maternity cover, and has since taken on responsibility for a number of tasks.

Tony Larkins, Beacon managing director, said, “It is a shame to see two well respected members of the Beacon team retire, and they will both be missed by everyone at the company.”
