A CITY centre business facility is offering affordable office space with a special incentive to any business signing-up this week.

The Eco Innovation Centre (EIC) is offering Virtual Tenancy for £25 per month, with no one-off signage fee to pay, to any business that enrolls in person at the EIC before the end of Friday September 18, 2009.

EIC is a high quality business incubation, meeting and networking centre for businesses and organisations operating in the environment sector. This includes organisations working in cleantech, renewable energy and energy management, pollution control, water and waste management, sustainable construction and materials, sustainable transport and logistics, environmental consultancy and other environmental services.

The centre aims to stimulate business growth and environmental enterprise and is one of the latest in a network of innovation centres in the East of England.

• Hot desks £5 per hour
• Conference and meeting rooms to rent from £12 per hour
