PETERBOROUGH-based accountant GreenStones has acquired Whittlesey-based accountancy firm Davis Business Services.

Davis Business Services is a registered ACCA practice offering full accountancy and taxation services for businesses large and small. The company was formed in 2001 by Christopher and Carol Garner.

Director Carol Garner chose GreenStones to look after her clients following her decision to retire. Ms Garner said, “GreenStones accountants fit the bill perfectly to take over from me. GreenStones show the same dedication to customer service, proactivity and innovation as I do.”

Davis Business Service’s existing team member Emma Jarvis will become part of their enlarged team. GreenStones will continue to operate the office in Queen Street, Whittlesey in addition to their head office in Lynchwood, Peterborough.

Simon Chaplin, managing director of GreenStones said, “The team are really looking forward to working with our new Whittlesey customers and supporting them in the coming years.”
